A: Yes. Customers may cancel their order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

A: We only accept returns for quality-related issues. Returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong purchase) are not supported.

If your item has a quality defect, please follow the steps below:

  • Confirm eligibility: Ensure the item has an inherent quality issue (e.g., damage, malfunction), and that your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery, with original packaging and hygiene seals (if applicable) intact.
  • Submit a return request: Log into your account → My Orders → Select the order → Request Return. Provide the reason for return and upload clear photos/videos showing the defect.
  • Wait for approval: We will review your request and evidence within 1–2 business days. If approved, return instructions (address + notes) will be sent to your registered email.
  • Ship the returned item: Ship the item to the provided address within 5 business days after approval. Keep your tracking number and upload it in your return request page.
  • Verification & refund processing: We will inspect the returned item within 3–5 business days after receiving it. If a quality defect is confirmed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Refund time may vary depending on your payment provider.

A: You can use it as follows:

  • Add your desired items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Locate the “Discount Code” or “Promo Code” field on the checkout page.
  • Enter your valid discount code exactly as provided (case-sensitive) and click Apply.
  • Confirm the discount has been applied to your total, then complete your payment.

Note: Only one discount code can be used per order. Expired or invalid codes cannot be applied.
